How to Push Your Multiple Up Before You Sell

- Build the maintenance-agreement book. Set a goal — 20 new agreements per month, every month. Train every tech to sell them on every call.
- Get out of the truck. Hire or promote a service manager. Your job becomes pricing, hiring, and key accounts, not running calls.
- Get a second qualifying agent on the license. Removes a major buyer risk.
- Clean the books. Move personal expenses out, document add-backs, get a CPA review (not just compiled).
